Our agency has been commissioned by the ERB to operate “ERB Service Spots” since June 2019.  ERB Service Spots in collaboration with social service organisations, and 15 ERB Service Spots will be set up in the Kowloon East area by phases.  They provide enquiry and enrolment services for ERB courses, organise industry seminars and taster courses, and assist members of the public to register for ERB Training Consultancy Service. Staff of the operator will be present at each ERB Service Spot on a regular basis to provide personal assistance.
